Paris Township has an area of 29,280 acres of land, most of which is prairie and all of which is fine farming
land. The City of Paris occupies 1,500 acres of the area of the township. The farms are well improved in every
way; the highways are mostly of gravel and kept in good condition, no better place to live the life of a farmer.

The present town officers of Paris Township (1904) are as follows:
