Wiggins, Dennis B., M.D., one of the oldest and best known physicians in Buffalo. was born in Essex, Vt., December
7, 1821 When he was yet a young man he began the study of medicine at Heinsburg, Vt., and afterwards took a full
course at the Physio-Medical Collegs at Cincinnati, O., and was graduated in 1846. He then began the practice of
his profession at Locust Grove, Adams county, Ohio, where he remained for three years, and then removed to Buffalo,
where he has been engaged in active practice ever since.
