Ingalsbe, Ebenezer, South Alabama, N. Y., was born in Byron, N. Y., March 5, 1819. His father was born in Scipio, Cayuga county, N.Y., and was always a farmer; he married PoIly Bushman; his death occurred in 1848. Ebenezer Ingaisbe was educated in the common schools and has since then carried on farming and has raised some very fine stock. Mr. Ingaisbe married Anna E. Alexander, who bore him these children: Sarah, Martha, Charlotte, Alfred (who died in 1896). Orrin, Jennie and Hattie. Mr. Ingaisbe is one of the progressive farmers of Alabama, of sterling integrity, and has always been interested in the progress of his town, taking an active part in church and school matters.
