Ingalsbe, Harmon C., p. o. Basom, N. Y., was born in Alabama, N. Y., April 2, 1847, a son of Rial E. and Sally Ingalsbe, and was educated in the common schools. In 1891 he was elected commissioner of highways and held the office seven years, and in 1898 was elected supervisor. Mr. Ingaisbe married Martha Wells, daughter of Gideon Wells; they have two Sons, George and John. Mr. Ingaisbe is one of the prominent citizens of Alabama, of sterling integrity, excellent business qualifications, and active public spirit He is a Republican.
