Brown, Wallace N., M. D., physician and surgeon, was born at Housatonic, Mass., February 10, 1866. He removed
with his parents to Watertown in 1866 and in 1883 was graduated from the Watertown High School. He then spent two
years at Cornell University and in 1887 began the stady of medicine in the office of Dr. I. E. Booth, receiving
the degree of M. D. at the University of Vermont in 1890, and the degree of M. D. from the Bellevue Hospital Medical
College of New York city in 1892. He located at Marquette, Mich., where he was engaged in practice for one year
and then returned to Watertown and has since been engaged in the practice of his profession. He is a member of
the Jefferson County Medical Society, the I. O. O. F. and K. of P.
